Cancellation | Refund | No Show Policies
- In the event of an amended booking of less than 3 days before arrival, the hotel
will charged/forfeit 100% of the FIRST night rate.
Cancellation made more than 7 days will be refunded 85% of total booking rate. - Cancellation made less than 7 days but more than 3 days before arrival date, the hotel will refund 50% of the total FIRST night rate.
- In the event of NO SHOW, the total for one night room rate will be charged, however, the
hotel reserves the right to charge for an entire stay. - Group cancellation: If cancellation is more than 30 days before arrival date, there would be a 15% administrative fee which will incur from the deposit before refund. (If applicable)
- Group cancellation: If cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival date, the
deposit received will be forfeited automatically. (If applicable)
